Chiclana De La Frontera

This holiday villa has been adapted to suit families who are seeking a safe autism friendly environment and is suitable for young persons with a learning disability.

The villa has a soft tub for all round warm sensory input. An outdoor swimming pool fully enclosed. A play area on grass. A tennis court area with full fencing providing football nets, special needs trike and special needs go kart. The villa has a sensory room which can be used as a dark den to chill out in. A commercial ball pool with soft play mats and a peanut ball to stimulate sensory input. Doors have stair locks to keep your little ones safe and provide some boundaries.

We have adapted our lovely villa to meet the needs of our severely autistic non verbal child.

I will provide visuals to help aid the transition from the villa to the beach and other activities, in addition to visuals to use for planning your stay at the villa.

The soft play and ball pool are located in the villa.  There is also a sensory room in the villa which can be used as a dark den should your child need a quiet zone.

We are in the process of building a sand pit as our little boy loves the sand as do many autistic and special needs children.

We will have a lockable lid for any young people who may have PICA and not be able to resist the temptation of eating the sand!

                                     Safety Features

The villa is behind lockable 7 ft gates and surrounded by a walls at a minimum of 6 ft. The pool and BBQ can only be accessed through locked gates.

The tennis court has been converted into a play area with a trampoline and special needs trikes, go karts and football goals, this too can be locked.

The park area on the grass to the side of the villa has play equipment and a sand pit under cover which can be locked, this area is also behind a fence and can be locked.

The porch area in front of the villa has railings with locked gate at each end one gate leads to grass park play area and the other leads to main enclosed driveway.
